GRADES 2-12 Sacramental preparation is for those who are seven (7) years of age and older who:
- Are not baptized or were baptized outside the Catholic Church.
- Are in second grade or older and have not prepared for First Reconciliation (also called Penance or Confession).
- Are in third grade or older and have not made Confirmation and/or First Holy Communion
Children younger than age seven should prepare for baptism as part of the infant baptism program.
GRADES K-1 Children in K-1 are welcome to join the faith formation program; however, the child will not be able to receive any sacrament.
To get started:
- Families must be registered parishioners of Saint Agnes or have a letter from their pastor giving permission to have their children enrolled in our RE Program and receive Sacraments here.
- The enrollment process includes completing the registration form with the required accompanying records and covering the fee.

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of this registration form, you will receive an e-mail to set up an interview date. The registration process will be complete until all required documents are presented at the time of the interview.
PAYMENT: To process your payment, click on the “Payment” button below, and it will take you to a new page where you will click on “Give Now” under the “Religious Education Payments” box. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
